Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days!

** HOLIDAY EXCEPTION,  Orders placed between November 15th, 2020 to December 25th, 2020 may require *additional 3-5 business days processing.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on Monday.

Each customer will be provided with a tracking number which generally updates within 1-3 days via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via phone or email as soon as possible by one of our representatives.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock but are expected to be available for purchase later.

Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their specified date, which can be found in the description.

If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse.

Orders containing a PRE-ORDER item will be shipped complete; other items in this order will be shipped together with the pre-order items at the same time.

We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
